Brazilian club Internacional say Tottenham have agreed a deal to buy midfielder Sandro.
According to a statement on www.internacional.com.br, the 21-year-old was due in London this week to undergo a medical before returning to Brazil at the weekend.
The player will remain at Inter until the end of the Copa Libertadores, which finishes in August.
Negotiations have been going on between the two clubs since last summer.
