Tottenham loanees Troy Parrott and Kion Etete have been praised by MK Dons and Cheltenham Town respectively following their performances over the weekend.
The young Spurs strikers have been out on loan since the start of the season and have impressed on their spells in the Football League.
Republic of Ireland international Parrott has been prevalent for League One high-flyers MK Dons and has been deployed all across the front three by manager Liam Manning.
Although the 20-year-old hasn’t found the net since October, he has still received plaudits from Manning for his work for the team and improving maturity (MK Dons).
Parrott was again in action for the Dons on Saturday, featuring on the right-wing as his side claimed a 2-0 win over Bolton.
While he didn’t contribute directly on the goal front, the club was still impressed by his display which was labelled ‘sensational’.

Across the division, things are also going well for Etete at Cheltenham having only joined the club last month.
After impressing on loan at League Two side Northampton Town, Tottenham recalled the 20-year-old and felt he needed a step up in experience this term.
Upon joining the Robins, Etete has notched two goals and three assists in just six appearances, adding to his tally of six goals earlier this season (Transfermarkt).
The striker netted Cheltenham’s only goal of the game in the surprise 2-1 defeat at home to basement side Crewe Alexandra, but still received rave reviews for his display.

Things have been going pretty well for both of Tottenham’s young strikers out on loan this season. With both just 20-years-old, it is important that they receive plenty of playing time and the fact that is happening should be a vital step in their development.
