Reguilon has now taken to Twitter to send a message to his new fans in North London, claiming that he is excited about the challenge ahead and happy to play for Spurs.
The 23-year-old impressed on loan at Sevilla last season, where he notched up 38 games across all competitions, even scoring three goals in the process (Wikipedia).
Transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano reported earlier in the week that Real Madrid and Tottenham had come to an agreement on a fee of around €30m for the left-back this summer.
Romano also added that Madrid had asked for two clauses, the first of which will allow them to buy Reguilon back for €40m-€45m in the future. The second gives them the chance to match any bid from another club that Spurs may receive.
