According to talkSPORT journalist Alex Crook, Tottenham have included a significant number of adds-on in the deal to sell Dele Alli to Everton.
Alli appears set to leave Tottenham, six and a half years after arriving at the club from MK Dons, as it emerged today that Everton had signed the midfielder on a permanent deal (Fabrizio Romano).
The news of his departure does not come as a surprise considering the 25-year-old has struggled to get a look in under Antonio Conte at Spurs.
However, what does come as a surprise is the fee the North Londoners reportedly agreed with the Toffees for the England international.
The Telegraph’s Matt Law suggested Spurs have agreed to sell Dele to Everton on a free transfer, with Frank Lampard’s men expected to play £10m once the midfielder has played 20 games.
However, Crook has now explained that the fee could rise to much higher than £10m as there are several add-ons included in the deal.

I expect Dele to do well in what will be a fresh start for him at Goodison Park. It was evident that his confidence had been shattered at Spurs over the last couple of years.
If the 25-year-old gets a run of matches under his belt, there is no reason he cannot become a very useful player, although the jury is still out on whether he will return to the heights that he reached between 2015 to 2018.
