Sky Sports reporter, Michael Bridge has now claimed that Sergio Reguilon is loving his time in London with Tottenham Hotspur, adding that there is no truth in the rumours that he wants to return to Real Madrid in the near future.
Sport recently reported that Real Madrid were interested in using their buy-back clause to facilitate a Spain return for the young left-back.
Other reports have also indicated that Reguilon himself approves of such a move back to the La Liga giants, although Bridge seems to disagree with these intentions.
Bridge also confirmed that Reguilon is expected to return for Spurs next week, something that was also reported by Jose Mourinho himself recently (Tottenham).
Reguilon has already played 20 games for Tottenham this season, recording an impressive five assists in that time (TransferMarkt).
However, he has missed the past five Premier League matches, as well as the FA Cup tie against Everton, thanks to a muscular injury.
