Some fans call upon Spurs to sign 20-goal forward

Erling Braut Haaland has been making the headlines for the past several months owing to his brilliant performances for Red Bull Salzburg.

The 19-year-old has twenty goals in just thirteen games in all competitions for the Austrian club this season (transfrmarkt.com).

The Norwegian scored another brace against Napoli in the Champions League this week thus becoming the first-ever player to score six goals in his first three Champions League games.

The Daily Star recently claimed that Tottenham are among a whole host of European giants who have registered their interest in Haaland.

Liverpool, Manchester United and Juventus are also said to be tracking the young striker but Spurs are reportedly keen on beating the others to his signature as they seek reinforcements upfront.

17-year-old Troy Parrott is the only out and out forward at the club apart from Harry Kane with Vincent Janssen and Fernando Llorente having both left Spurs over the summer.

Erling Braut Haaland would be a perfect signing for Tottenham as we ideally need a talented and hungry young striker who can learn from Harry Kane. However, given the amount of interest in him, it looks like his price tag will likely skyrocket before January as he is continuing to bang in the goals.
