Tottenham Hotspur have found great success in their flourishing academy system in recent years, especially under Mauricio Pochettino who loves putting faith in youngsters.

Harry Kane and Harry Winks leap out as current Spurs stars born out of the academy system, with the likes of Luke Amos, Oliver Skipp, and Kyle-Walker Peters also knocking on the door.

Spurs have always given their academy graduates the chance to impress and train with the first team, with a number of big names coming through in modern times.

Despite seeking first team football elsewhere in the end, Andros Townsend, Jake Livermore, Ryan Mason, and many more all came through the Spurs youth system.

Even through they left the club, you can always be confident that such players will receive a hearty cheer from the Tottenham faithful if they ever cross paths again.

However, Ryan Fredericks will probably not be awarded such a reception in the future, after he responded to a West Ham fan tweet with a brutal Spurs troll.
