With the start of the Premier League season just a month away, many top-flight clubs are now jetting off on pre-season tours to prepare for the campaign.
While Spurs play Juventus in Singapore on July 21, Arsenal have flown out to America for their own pre-season tour.
However, it looks as if they will have to cope without their club captain, Laurent Koscielny, after the player reportedly refused to travel with the squad (Arsenal).
Koscielny is now 33-years-old and is out of contract at the end of the season, with the BBC claiming that he is a target of Lyon, Rennes, and Bordeaux, with the latter apparently offering a three-year deal.
It appears as if the Frenchman has had his head turned and Arsenal have released a statement on the situation, claiming that he has gone against their clear instructions.
It is fair to say that some Spurs fans have seen the funny side to the misfortune.

Woolwich club captain Koscielny refuses to play ball. Recent reports on finances looking bleak. Paying players more than they are worth. Need to rebuild their defence. Only have £45m to spend. Trying to get Zaha but can't afford him
I could go on but I'm laughing way too much
