Tottenham Hotspur have received a huge midfield boost ahead of the first North London Derby of the season at the Emirates this weekend.
Dele Alli has been pictured back in training ahead of the visit to Spurs’ arch-rivals, a return that could not come at a better time for Pochettino.
In all three matches so far this season, Spurs have lacked a cutting edge, creativity, and goal threats, three of the strongest parts of Dele Alli’s games.
It is unclear whether Pochettino will throw the midfielder straight into the starting line up or not, but it a welcome return nonetheless.
After poor performances from the likes of Harry Winks, Erik Lamela, Lucas Moura, Heung Min Son, Moussa Sissoko, and co, Tottenham fans will be glad to see Alli back in the squad.
