Some Spurs fans react as Heung Min Son scores last-minute winner at Aston Villa

Tottenham Hotspur managed to score goals in the dying moments of both halves against Aston Villa today.

The scoring was opened by Toby Alderweireld during a mix-up in defence in the opening minutes, with Hugo Lloris staying at home and the Belgian poking it into his own net.

However, Alderweireld than became the hero later in the half when he rifled a shot into the top bracket when the ball fell loose after a corner.

Spurs completed the turn around in the dying moments of the first half as Bergwijn was brought down and a penalty was given. Son saw his spot-kick saved, but managed to bundle home the rebound.

Unfortunately, in the second half, Spurs’ frailties from set-pieces continued as Villa scored an easy header from a corner to make it 2-2.

As they had all game, Spurs continued to spurn fantastic chances in front of goal, with Dele Alli and Heung Min Son guilty of being wasteful throughout the match.

However, after a costly mistake at the back for Villa in the final minute, Heung Min Son raced clear and finally made the most of his chances, slotting home the winner.

Spurs fans took to Twitter to react as their side picked up three precious points:
