Tottenham Hotspur have released some extremely positive news for fans today, just ten days before the Champions League final.
Spurs are set to face fellow Premier League side Liverpool in the final of the competition on June 1 in Madrid, with both sides hoping to emerge with the prestigious title of ‘Champions of Europe’.
Pochettino will be able to name a bench of 12 players as per the new UEFA rules come the final, and that bench is set to be a whole lot stronger now.
Spurs have announced that Harry Kane, Jan Vertonghen, and Davinson Sanchez have all returned to training ahead of the club’s biggest match in recent history.
The trio will now all face a race to put themselves in contention to start in Madrid, as Tottenham inch ever closer to a full contingent after an injury-hit season.
