Some Spurs fans on social media have been left impressed by Tanguy Ndombele’s skill on the ball in a video of Tottenham’s training session on Thursday, which was shared by the club on social media.
Ndombele’s reported falling out with Jose Mourinho has dominated the headlines following Tottenham’s 2-0 win over West Ham.
The 23-year-old was an unused substitute in the match once again and it has been alleged that he has told Mourinho that he does not want to play for him again.
Reports indicate that the midfielder is set to leave North London when the transfer window opens this summer, particularly if he fails to get much game time in the seven remaining games this season (The Athletic).
Ndombele seemed in fine spirits as the Spurs players were put through their paces at Hotspur Way on Tuesday.
Towards the end of the video, the former Lyon man demonstrated his skill on the ball by turning Ryan Sessegnon inside out in a small-sided game, a moment that left some Spurs fans in awe of the midfielder’s ability.
However, some were also quite confused as to why Ndombele was wearing a full tracksuit and hat while training in the sweltering heat.

There is no doubt that Ndombele is a fantastic talent, but mere talent is not enough to succeed in an environment like the Premier League. If Tanguy is not going to feature under Jose, then there is no question that we will be better off cashing in on him and using the funds to bring other players in, rather than just letting him rot on the bench.
