Some Spurs fans react to Pochettino hinting at no signings in January

Tottenham Hotspur manager, Mauricio Pochettino, has hinted that the club may go without any signings in January for the second year in a row.

In fact, Spurs went the entirety of last season without adding to their squad, despite selling first-team star Mousa Dembele in January.

The club eventually broke that near-18-month drought with the signing of young Jack Clarke from Leeds United, who was later followed by Tanguy Ndombele, Ryan Sessegnon, and Giovani Lo Celso on loan.

However, only one of these four has started a game for Spurs this season and the club have recorded just three wins from eleven games in all competitions.

Not to mention the crisis at right-back, with Pochettino already deploying four different options in the position this season, with very limited success.

Toby Alderweireld, Jan Vertonghen, and Christian Eriksen all see their contracts run out at the end of the season, so Spurs may also be waving goodbye to three more first-team players.

Some Tottenham fans have reacted to Poch no believing there will be any signings in January:
