Some Spurs fans react to report that club has been offered chance to sign Paulo Dybala

Some Spurs fans on social media have given mixed reactions as rumours linking the club with Juventus forward Paulo Dybala have once again resurfaced.

Tottenham were heavily linked with a move for the Argentine in the summer of 2019 but the move eventually fell through on transfer deadline day (Independent).

90 min.com reported on Sunday that Dybala’s representatives have reached out to Tottenham, as well as the other ‘big six’ clubs in the Premier League, about a possible transfer next summer.

The 27-year-old, who has 18 months left on his contract at the Allianz Arena, has fallen down the pecking order at Juve and is said to be contemplating his future at the club.

Some Spurs fans on social media opined that the club should make a big effort to land the Juve star, with a few people proposing a potential swap deal involving Dele Alli going the other way.

However, others questioned the Argentine’s recent form and whether he is the kind of player Spurs need, given the holes that need to be plugged in other areas of the squad.
