It has been an amazing week for Spurs fans, after the club not only broke their 18-month transfer drought, but also broke their all-time transfer record.
The Lilywhites firsts sealed a deal for Leeds United teenager, Jack Clarke, for an initial fee of £10m, before loaning him back to the Championship side for next season (BBC).
Tottenham then announced the signing of Tanguy Ndombele for a club record fee of £53.8m, which could rise to £62.8m after add-ons are calculated (BBC).
As if this wasn’t good enough for Tottenham, they have now announced contract extensions for two key first team stars.
Harry Winks and Ben Davies have both signed new deals with the club that will run until 2024 (Tottenham).
Winks came through the academy and was given his chance by current boss Mauricio Pochettino and has never looked back.
Meanwhile, Ben Davies signed from Swansea City back in 2014 and has gone on to play more than 160 games for the club.
