It has been a frustrating first half of the 2019/20 season for young Jack Clarke, as he was constantly overlooked by Leeds United manager Bielsa.
Clarke had been loaned back to his boyhood club after Spurs purchased him in the summer transfer window, with the aim to get him some consistent game time.
However, Clarke was often left on the bench or out of the matchday squad completely, playing just a handful of minutes off the bench in one Championship match against Luton Town. He also featured in two EFL Cup games (TransferMarkt).
Spurs thus took the decision to recall the youngster from the rather unsuccessful loan spell, before announcing today that they had loaned him out to fellow Championship club Queens Park Rangers instead.
This keeps Clarke in London and hopefully will get him some first-team action for the second half of the season.
Some Spurs fans took to Twitter to react to the news:
Good luck

Really hoping Jack plays a lot of games and does well for QPR. Such a shame he’s stagnated at Leeds as it seemed like going back there would be where he’d get most games
