Tottenham Hotspur have suffered countless issues in the right back position this season, with their current crop failing to step up.
Spurs faced a tough challenge this year to maintain the League, both cups, and the Champions League, all without making any new signings.
Despite a stellar last couple of seasons, as well as a stand out performance at the World Cup in Russia, Kieran Trippier saw his form drop faster than a lead balloon this campaign.
It is unclear why he has had such a fall from grace, but it has led to reports from The Sun stating that Everton are interested in brining him in for £20m.
However, with Serge Aurier proving to be a liability at right back, although improved this season, it seems more likely that he will move on, if any.
Spurs reportedly want to bring in Crystal Palace’s Wan-Bissaka, but it would make sense to keep Trippier too as a home grown and more experienced player.
I believe that Tripps still has a lot to offer if he can get over this slump of a season, but here’s what some Spurs fans on Twitter think:
Aurier is a lot better than trippier mate. Especially this season

The pair should be sold for around the same amount. Max Aarons at NCFC has been class & with him with KWP, they could be our RFB’s for the next 8-9 yrs. Alex Grimaldo or Kieran Tierney at LFB in place of Davies would be ideal.

One Bissaka is better than the 2 idiots we have currently.

Aurier will go to china.he has mentioned it a few times.levy will squeeze every penny from the chinese to get rid.wan bissaka would be an upgrade

It’s a definite upgrade, KWP and Wanbisaka is a good pair they would push each other on just like Trippier/Walker

It would be a mistake to get rid of both. Remember Moussa Sissoko

Trippier was 100% Poch’s signing and spent a lot in his development so reckon he’s not leaving any time soon.

Never seen AWB at opposition half. He is very solid defensively, but seems a bit awkward with the ball in his feet. And of course narrow defensive shape of Palace suits him great. Still a question if he will adapt at the team that dominates possession.

Deal of the summer if it happens
