‘Son likes Italy’ – Heung Min Son’s agent refuses to rule out move to Napoli

Tottenham Hotspur have relied upon Harry Kane for goals ever since the England captain burst onto the scene from the academy.

However, in the past few seasons, Heung Min Son has certainly eased the burden on Kane’s goalscoring shoulders.

The South Korean has almost average 20 goals a season over the past three years, bagging 21 in all competitions in 2016.17, followed by 18 and 20 goal seasons (Wikipedia).

Sonny already has three goals from eight games in the new campaign, but his form has not been matched by many of his Spurs teammates.

Son looked bright and opened the scoring against Bayern Munich, as well as constantly closing people down and putting in effort and desire to turn the game around.

However, due to the shortcomings of others, Son was on the wrong end of a 7-2 defeat at the hands of the German champions.

His agent has been talking about a potential move to Italy this week and refused to rule Napoli out as an option.

Thies Bliemeister said (Sun): “As for Son at Napoli, why not? You can never say never in football.

“Son likes Italy, the food and Italian people. It’s not easy to take him from Tottenham because he costs a lot but, one day, who knows?”

Spurs Web Opinion:

The love Sonny has for the fans and the club, I can’t see him moving to Napoli. Perhaps if someone like Real Madrid or PSG came in, but I think Spurs are safe for now.
