Sonny’s all-time stats against Dortmund show why they are sick of him

Tottenham Hotspur pulled off one of their greatest European performances in recent years against Dortmund last night, slamming three goals past the German League leaders.

Both sides were without two of their top goal scorers, but that didn’t appear to bother Spurs.

Heung Min Son opened the scoring two minutes into the second half, after cushioning home a delightful Jan Vertonghen cross.

This continued Son’s red hot scoring form since returning from the Asia Cup, and for the last three months for that matter.

Jan Vertonghen then turned goal scorer to make it 2-0, before Llorente nodded home a corner late on to send Spurs into dreamland.

Not only does Son boast incredible goal scoring stats this season, but the South Korean also has an insane record against last night’s opponents.

In the 11 games he has played against Dortmund, Son has won seven of them, drawn one, lost three, and scored a whopping nine goals in the process.

They must be sick of the sight of him!
