Things are starting to look up at Tottenham Hotspur when it comes to the style of football on the field, and it seems the mentality of the club behind the scenes is a lot stronger now, too.

Ever since Ange Postecoglou arrived at Spurs, there has been a real air of positivity around the club. From the impressive attacking football on the pitch, to the affable nature of the manager in press conferences, it’s hard not to love what’s happening at Tottenham right now.
The club secured a fifth-placed finish in the Premier League this season, and European football will return to the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium next season with the Europa League.
Postecoglou has made no secret of the fact he is not just here to make up the numbers and only wants to focus on winning trophies rather than qualifying for the Champions League.

Spurs are building towards success
After 14 years without a trophy, fans want more, too, and so do the individuals at the club, from the playing staff to the coaches. That’s according to Alasdair Gold, who has revealed what he picked up on when speaking to people around the club.
On the Gold and Guest podcast, he said: “The foundations have been put in there, especially behind the scenes. When I talk to people behind the scenes there’s such a more positive outlook.
“People in the first-team setup, the academy, there’s a real joined-up thinking now and everyone seems to just have this one direction to go in.”
Spurs Web Opinion
Having this more positive mindset throughout the club can only be a good thing. We need to forget about the Spursy tag and instil a winning attitude from top to bottom. We’ve seen the youth side do great things this year, and the footballing philosophy is in place now, so major success will surely be on the horizon soon.
