Spurs’ 2019/20 Premier League Fixtures – Season begins with Villa at home

Tottenham Hotspur will kick off their 2019/2020 Premier League season with a home match against newly promoted Aston Villa at home with a kick off at 5:30pm after the fixtures were announced just moments ago.

Staggeringly, you have to go back to the 2010-11 season for the last time in which Tottenham opened the season at home when they faced Manchester City in a 0-0 draw at White Hart Lane.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side will be looking to improve on their fourth place finish and try to close the gap on Manchester City and Liverpool at the top of the table.

Looking ahead to the North London derby, Spurs will take on Arsenal for the first time at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on April 25th, while the annual trip to the Emirates takes place on August 31st.

Spurs round off the season with a trip to Crystal Palace where they will have hopefully secured another season of Champions League football and hopefully a trophy or two.
