Tottenham Hotspur have brought numerous promising youngsters through their academy in recent years, and many have gone on to have Premier League careers.
Harry Kane and Harry Winks are currently first time regulars, along with the likes of Kyle Walker-Peters, Oliver Skipp, and Luke Amos on the fringes of the squad.
Andros Townsend, Jake Livermore, Ryan Mason, Nabil Bentaleb, and many more also came through the Lilywhite youth system.
Not every player has flourished in a Spurs shirt, but you can always be rest assured of a warm welcome at the Lane if you came through the academy.
That is with one exception. After this week, you can count on Ryan Fredericks getting a few boos next time he lines up against Tottenham.
Fredericks came through the Spurs youth system, before eventually moving on to a successful spell with Fulham, and now Tottenham rivals West Ham in the Premier League.
And it appears that Fredericks has forgotten all about his routes, displayed by his response to a tweet from a West Ham fan asking ‘My girlfriend is a Tottenham fan, what do I do?’
Fredericks came back with ‘Dump her! She’s gone! She has to go my friend!”
