Arsenal are seriously considering entering the race for Valencia midfielder, Javi Guerra, who Tottenham are said to be big fans of.

Spurs are looking at Javi Guerra
It was reported by Fichajes on Friday that Spurs had been impressed by the way Guerra has developed over the last 12 months and are ready to step up their pursuit.
In fact, it was asserted that the Lilywhites were already preparing an offer for the midfielder, who is valued by Valencia at around €35m (£29m).
However, the same publication has now revealed that Tottenham’s North London rivals are also keen on the youngster.

Arsenal could enter the race for Guerra
The report claims that Mikel Arteta wants to revamp his midfield and has identified Guerra as a player who would thrive in the middle of the park for his side.
Arteta allegedly feels that the 21-year-old’s ability to press, win back possession and carry the ball forward makes him a perfect fit for the tactical needs of Arsenal.
The publication adds that the Gunners will continue to ‘closely monitor’ Guerra’s development but Valencia will not let the Spain Under-21 international go without a fight.
Spurs Web Opinion
Arsenal are the most attractive destination at the moment for top players but Spurs and Postecoglou might be able to persuade Guerra that he would stand a better chance of being a regular starter at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
Ange is clearly not afraid to hand minutes to young players – just look at Udogie, Sarr, Moore, Gray, Bergvall and co. That means there could be a better pathway to the Spurs starting XI for youngsters than at some rival clubs.
