Rival fans clash after Spurs historic Stamford Bridge win

Our victory over Chelsea on Sunday lead to some violent scenes following the London derby at Stamford Bridge.

We ran out 3-1 winners in our first victory at the champions’ home in 28 years before ugly scenes followed.

A small minority of fans on both sides threw projectiles including a traffic cone at each other before some control was established.

The small minority of Spurs fans involved then collectively began to sing in the direction of the outnumbered Chelsea following and extra numbers of police officers were then summoned with further distances between the groups of supporters provided.

Spurs fans were on a high after Christian Eriksen and Dele Alli’s double provided Mauricio Pochettino’s side with the historic victory with three points leaving us eight points ahead of Antonio Conte’s men with just seven matches to go.

We do have a game in hand on Liverpool, who are two points in front, which all leads to a tense run in in the final few games of the season.
