Spurs boys find out who they will face in Nations League semis

Tottenham’s vast England contingent found out who they will face in the UEFA Nations League semi finals last night.

England qualified for the latter stages of the tournament after finishing top of their tier A group.

The three lions were placed in a tough group with both Croatia and Spain.

Heading into the final match of the group, England v Croatia, Gareth Southgate’s men could still finish in either first, second, or third.

A win would see them finish top of the group and qualify for the finals in the summer, a 0-0 draw would retain their tier A status, and a score draw or loss would see them relegated into tier B.

After going behind in the second half, it looked as if Croatia would once again knock England out of a tournament this year, until Harry Kane popped up with a late goal and assist to send his side through.

England now know they will be up against the likes of The Netherlands, Switzerland, and Portugal in the semi finals.

The draw to see who plays who is on 3 December 2018.

When fit, Tottenham could have six players in the England set up, with Harry Kane, Harry Winks, Kieran Tripper, Eric Dier, Dele Alli, and Danny Rose all regulars.
