Spurs go for a Brazilian

Spurs are supposedly looking at Richarlison despite him being at Watford for only three months according to an article in The Mirror.

The article says the 20-year-old forward offers the pace, goal threat and versatility Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is looking for.

It adds that that the Brazilian has made an instant and impressive impact in England since his summer move to Vicarage Road.

And according to the piece his displays are now being closely monitored by the Spurs hierarchy, just a few months into his debut Premier League campaign, and it is said our scouts have been regulars at Watford games this season.

It adds that he has started 10 of Watford’s 11 league games this season, scoring four times and been one of Watford’s standout stars in the first three months of the campaign.

It continues by saying he possesses the pace, goal threat and versatility in attacking positions that Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino is keen to add to his squad.

Watford landed Richarlison for just £11.2m from Brazilian side Fluminense in the summer, with the youngster penning a five-year deal, but he is now already attracting admirers including ourselves.
