Spurs Web Opinion:
Drawing the likes of Real Madrid, Paris Saint-Germain or Bayern Munich from Pot 1 and Inter Milan from Pot 2 would have complicated things for Spurs. Fortunately, that is not what happened, as they now have a genuine chance of qualifying for the next round.
However, Tottenham would need to hit their strides as soon as possible, looking at their past couple of displays. Form and circumstances do not necessarily mean much in Europe as teams find some way to do their best, giving more reasons to Conte to get his players to their best selves sooner.
