Spurs confirm fixture changes for three matches in April – Two selected for TV

Tottenham have confirmed their matches against Brighton, Brentford and Leicester in April have been rearranged following the completion of the latest round of TV selections.

The home encounter against Graham Potter’s Seagulls will remain on Saturday, April 16 but with a kick-off time of 12:30 pm that will be broadcast on BT Sport.

Spurs trip across London against Brentford is set to be televised on Sky Sports on Saturday, April 23 at 5:30 pm, which will be a reunion with former midfielder Christian Eriksen who has impressed since his debut with the Bees.

However, the date for the encounter at the Brentford Community Stadium is not set in stone just yet, with the match heavily dependent on the progression of the remaining English clubs in the Champions League.

Meanwhile, the home fixture with Leicester has been kept as a 3 pm kick-off on Saturday, April 30 but will be moved if the Foxes manage to secure a spot in the semi-finals of the Europa Conference League.

Should Brendan Rodgers’ side indeed progress, the match is likely to be moved to Sunday, May 1 although a kick-off time has not been set as of yet.

These are likely to be important fixtures for Spurs considering the games are starting to run out. They are not the worst games to play either with two being at home, so they will be chances to get key points on the board.
