Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed that they will go up against Leicester City in Bangkok in July as a part of this summer’s Asia-Pacific Tour 2023.
Spurs had previously communicated that they will be touring the Asia Pacific region during pre-season ahead of the 2023-24 campaign.
The club announced back in March that the tour would include a trip to Perth, Australia where they would be playing a London derby against West Ham United on Tuesday, 18 July at the Optus Stadium, which has a capacity of 61,266.
The Lilywhites subsequently revealed a couple of weeks ago that they would also be flying to Singapore where they would take on AS Roma at the Singapore National Stadium on Wednesday, 26 July.
Spurs have now confirmed that between those two games, they will also be heading to Thailand to take on the Foxes.
The clash will take place at the Rajamangala Stadium, Bangkok, on Sunday 23 July, with the match set to kick off at 17:00 local time. This will be Tottenham’s first-ever official trip to Thailand.

This has probably been organised at the behest of Leicester’s Thai owners but there is a distinct possibility that this would not even be billed as an all-Premier League clash, given that the Foxes are still in grave danger of being relegated from the top flight.
