Tottenham Hotspur are rumoured to be considering an offer for Lyon midfielder Tanguy Ndombélé.
According to France Football, Ndombélé has caught the eye in Ligue 1 this season after making his loan switch from Amiens permanent and Spurs are apparently readying a bit once the World Cup is concluded.
There are expecting to be some changes to the Tottenham midfield ahead of the new season, with Mousa Dembele being heavily linked with a move to Italy or China.
In recent times, we haven’t had much luck when bringing in players from France, the names Clinton N’Jie and Georges-Kevin N’Koudou should be enough to scare any Spurs fan.
Ndombélé is said to be attracting interest from a host of clubs across Europe, including Premier League rivals Chelsea and Manchester United.
Personally, I’ve never seen Ndombélé play so I can’t give a detailed opinion on what he would potentially bring to our midfield.
