Spurs defender could still move to PSG

Tottenham Hotspur defender, Danny Rose could still make a move to Ligue 1 champions PSG according to reports.

It is believed Spurs offered Rose to German side Schalke the night before the English transfer deadline day as a potential loan deal.

However, reports suggest Danny Rose is hoping for his desired move to PSG who still have time to make a move for the 28-year-old.

Rose has experienced a turbulent year and a half at Spurs after picking up a long-term injury the defender struggled with personal problems and was unable to claim his first-team spot back from Ben Davies.

Having fallen out of favour with Mauricio Pochettino the defender was hoping for a move back up north.

No move to a northern side materialised for Rose leaving him with no other option but to move abroad.

With Ben Davies occupying the left-back position, youngster Kyle Walker-Peters will be made to step up as the backup should Rose leave the club.
