Birmingham City boss Alex McLeish wants midfielder David Bentley and striker Robbie Keane to join Blues from Tottenham.
The out of favour Spurs pair are tipped to leave White Hart Lane during the January transfer window, with Keane reported to be ready to take a pay cut from his £65,000-a-week wages in order to play first-team football once again.
Any deal for Bentley could prove to be a tougher test for Birmingham, with Spurs keen to recoup the majority of the £15million they paid Blackburn for his services.
