Spurs favourites to sign this player if move to China falls through

Tottenham Hotspur may be in the market for some goal scoring reinforcements towards the end of this month, with key man Harry Kane out until early March.

The Spurs striker picked up another ankle injury in the 1-0 defeat to Man United at Wembley earlier this month.

This came at the worst possible time for the Lilywhites, as Heung Min Son was already scheduled to leave the club to represent his country of South Korea in the Asia Cup.

Lucas Moura was also injured, leaving just Fernando Llorente as the only fit first team striker on the books.

Naturally, this has led to numerous reports linking Spurs to various strikers from around Europe, one of whom being West Ham’s Marko Arnautovic.

Tottenham have now become potential favourites to sign the Hammers forward as his original proposed move to China fell through (The Sun via Betfair odds).

The odds for any Chinese club still sit at 7/4, with Tottenham at 10/1.
