Four Spurs players have made the cut. Ledley King, Aaron Lennon, Peter Crouch and Jermain Defoe make the twenty three man World Cup squad.
However a surprising omission from the final 23 was Michael Dawson as the fifth choice defender, with Matthew Upson given the nod over the in form Dawson. Tom Huddleston was also left out of the World Cup squad.
