Spurs injury news ahead of Champions League tie

Tottenham face their first taste of Champions League football for this season tomorrow night, as they fly to Italy to play Inter Milan.

Spurs were drawn in a tough group against Milan, Barcelona, and PSV.

The last time Tottenham played Inter at the San Siro in the Champions League, Gareth Bale scored a sensational hat trick.

The Spurs attackers will be dreaming of making such an impact on Europe’s biggest stage.

Luckily for Pochettino, Spurs have no fresh injury concerns after the loss to Liverpool on Saturday, but remain without some first team stars.

Dele Alli is still suffering with the minor muscle strain he picked up playing for England against Spain on international duty.

Hugo Lloris is also still thought to be at least a week or two away from fitness, with Michel Vorm deputising in his absence.

Juan Foyth and Moussa Sissoko continue to be Tottenham’s only long-term absentees.

The likes of Erik Lamela, Harry Winks and Victor Wanyama are all now back and fit, with Heung-Min Son available for selection too after his stint away with South Korea.

Poch is expected to make a few changes after a tired Premier League performance at the weekend, but he has plenty of names to choose from.
