Spurs legend believes this man has been the club’s most consistent player over last two seasons

Tottenham Hotspur have some real world class players in their ranks under Mauricio Pochettino, including the ever-reliable goal machine Harry Kane, assist-king Christian Eriksen, powerhouse Moussa Sissoko, and the brick walls of Toby Alderweireld and Jan Vertonghen.

A player would have to go some way to be labelled as the most consistent Spurs man above this crop of superstars, but that is exactly what Heung Min Son has achieved.

In this season alone, Sonny has grabbed 12 Prem goals and six assists in only 29 games, despite being hampered by two spells away with South Korea.

The winger has also been a major driving force behind Tottenham’s most successful Champions League campaign in history, scoring in recent matches against Borussia Dortmund and Manchester City.

However, despite his heroics this season, Son was not included in the PFA team of the season for the Premier League (BBC), an exclusion that will have raised a few eyebrows.

Tottenham legend Clive Allen believes Son has been the most consistent Spurs star over the last two season he said in an interview with beiN Sport.

Spurs Web Opinion:

We believe that Heung Min Son has been the difference for Tottenham over the last two years when Kane has been out injured. He seems to fill a different role when Harry is in the team, revolving more around wing play and driving the team forward than necessarily scoring goals. However, Sonny, Alderweireld, Vertonghen, Eriksen, and Kane certainly jump out as Tottenham’s most consistent stars.
