Ivorian striker Amara Diane is being linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur.
The 27-year-old is currently playing his football in Qatar for Al Rayyan and his agent Adam Bouskouchi admits that there has been interest from a number of Premier League clubs.
Diane joined Al Rayyan in July 2008 and was quoted as giving financial reasons as the main purpose of the move: “From now I want to ensure my family’s financial future. And only a Qatari club can permit me to do it.â€
His agent Adam Bouskouchi told skysports.com: “We can confirm that we have talked with a number of Premier League clubs, and are exploring possibilities here,”
“But at the moment, no deal is close to being concluded.
“Diane is a tremendous talent and a number of people are well aware of him.
“There is also big interest from other parts of Europe, Turkey particularly, and my partner Abdellah Lemsagen has been talking with a number of clubs.”
