Spurs linked with Premier League trio in January

As many people know, Tottenham decided to keep their wallets firmly in their pockets for the majority of the summer transfer window.

The club ended up failing to buy a single new player, but still achieved their best ever start to a Premier League season.

Pochettino has only had a net spend of £29m in his time at Spurs, so it would be out of character to see a huge spending spree in January.

However, Levy and Poch will have their eyes firmly set on a few bargains.

The pressure to bring in some new players has never been higher, with the likes of Toby Alderweireld, Jan Vertonghen, Mousa Dembele, Michel Vorm, and Fernando Llorente all in the final years of their respective contracts.

According to SkySports, Spurs are eyeing up potential moves for three Premier League stars, with all three playing for the impressive Bournemouth.

Callum Wilson, Nathan Ake, and Lewis Cook are all said to be targets for the North London club.
