Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed that academy graduate Paris Maghoma has joined Bradford City on a permanent transfer after the two clubs reached an agreement.
The midfielder featured 11 times for Tottenham’s Under-23s this season and also played 4 games in the Under-19 UEFA Youth League.
The 18-year-old never managed to break into Tottenham’s first team but did feature once in a pre-season friendly against Girona a year and a half ago (Ham High).
According to Championship club’s website, the youngster will now join up with their B team which is currently overseen by Neil MacFarlane.
If he if impresses for MacFarlane’s side, the former Spur could get an opportunity to feature for the Bees’ first-team, who are fighting for promotion to the Premier League this season.
After the confirmation of his move to Brentford, Maghoma took to social media to post a heartfelt message thanking Tottenham for all they have done for him.
thank you for all the memories and love that you have given and shown me throughout the years i’ve been at tottenham… thank you to all the staff and players for all the advice and time they have given me… i wish all of you the best of luck and hopefully we met again soon !❤️ https://t.co/FxIDNPrhJj

Spurs Web Opinion
It is always a shame when an academy graduate moves on without making a first-team appearance especially someone of the talent of Maghoma. Hopefully, the midfielder will impress at Brentford and go on to have an extremely successful career at the top level. We at Spurs Web would like to wish Maghoma the best for his future.
