Spurs midfielder urges team-mates to keep their cool

Scott Parker - Tottenham Hotspur News

Scott Parker has urged his Tottenham team-mates to keep their discipline when QPR visit White Hart Lane on Sunday.

Spurs are looking to continue our fine run of form, while QPR are full on confidence after beating nine-man Chelsea last weekend.

Parker told the Evening Standard: “A lot has happened there in a very short space of time and they are coming off the back of a very good result against Chelsea, so it is going to be a difficult game for us.

“Their win over Chelsea was a London derby and that carries extra hype and has a massive effect on players and the way you approach the game.

“Every game is different – there are games that are physical and those that aren’t, but when you go out as a player you have to adapt to whatever way the game is.

“You can’t get involved in ill-discipline. You just have to find a way to win the game.”
