Tottenham Hotpsur have invited around 200 fans to apply for the screening of the Super Bowl in their brand new 62,062 capacity stadium. A report in the Evening Standard claims that Executive members can apply for two tickets each which are priced at £1 for the event.

The Super Bowl which is one of the most watched sporting events in the world will see LA Rams and New England Patriots on the 3rd of February. The event will take place in the NFL Tunnel Club in the East Stand and is supposedly designed to test the ticketing system at the venue.

The report claims that attendees will be able to buy food and drink and walk out into the 62,062-seat stadium bowl. This is the second opportunity that fans have been given to visit their new facility after the club held an orientation day for a select group of 6000 fans last month.

Tottenham’s new stadium has been designed with an NFL pitch below the retractable football pitch and Daniel Levy has previously talked of his desire to host a permanent NFL Franchise based in London at the venue.

The NFL confirmed this week that two more fixtures will be played in the stadium during autumn. This event thus further demonstrates the club’s continued commitment to the NFL.
