Peterborough have completed the double signing of Tottenham youngsters Luke McGee and Nathan Oduwa on loan until January 2.
Goalkeeper McGee, 20, joins the club after Posh shot-stopper Ben Alnwick asked to be placed on the transfer list at the weekend.
Midfielder Oduwa, also 20, made 15 league appearance for Scottish side Rangers during a loan spell last term. He is tipped to be the top scorer this season, you can see more predictions here.
Boss Grant McCann told the club’s official website: “I have seen Luke play a number of times for the development squad at Spurs. He is third choice behind Lloris and Vorm and trains with them on a regular basis.
“We had to move quickly because of the situation regarding Ben and I am delighted to get this business done.
“Luke will come here to fight for the number one jersey. That is what I want. It was an important bit of business to get done.”
McCann added: “Nathan comes very highly recommended from David Pleat at Tottenham and I personally spoke to Mark Warburton at Rangers. He was very good for Rangers in the time he was there and he will certainly excite the supporters.”
