Spurs player reveals on Instagram he is ‘100%’ after being dropped against Chelsea

Antonio Conte’s team selection for this afternoon’s Premier League clash against Chelsea has caused somewhat of a stir among some Tottenham Hotspur fans on Twitter.

Conte made four changes from the side which beat Leicester City on Wednesday evening with Dier, Doherty Sessegnon and Bergwin coming into the starting eleven.

The Italian hinted at Friday’s pre-match press conference that he was dealing with some fresh injury concerns following the win at the King Power Stadium and would make a decision on those players yesterday (Football.London).

Among those missing from the match day squad were Tanguy Ndombele, who has been overlooked in recent matches and is joined by Dele Alli and Giovani Lo Celso.

The Argentine midfielder has taken to his Instagram story this afternoon to reveal that he is not injured and is in 100 percent condition before going on to wish his team-mates well for the London derby.

It seems a strange strategy from Lo Celso to reveal that he is fit to play after being overlooked by Conte today. This is the sort of petulance that the squad need to be ridden of and hopefully he will be one of those to depart this month, having made little impact since joining from Real Betis.
