Aston Villa have agreed a fee with Leeds United for Fabian Delph.
The England Under-21 midfielder had been strongly linked with moves to Tottenham Hotspur, Everton and Fulham – but it appears as if Martin O’Neill has stolen a march on his Premiership rivals.
Leeds boss Simon Grayson had previously revealed that the League One side had already rejected two bids from top-flight team’s due to the fact they didn’t match their valuation of the player. Leeds are said to value Delph at £10million.
Delph will now hold talks with Villa over a possible move.
