Spurs star makes lifestyle changes to overcome injury problems

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Dele Alli has made some substantial changes in a bid to rediscover his best form.

The 23-year-old has hired a personal nutritionist to try and put his injury problems behind him, the Daily Mirror report.

His diet is heavily focused on protein and water whilst removing sugar completely from his meal options. To help combat his muscular problems, he has also taken up yoga.

Dele has suffered hamstring issues on four different occasions in the past 18 months with the most recent occurring during pre-season which saw him miss the start of the new campaign.

He has also reduced his involvement in all off-field commercial activities so he can fully focus on regaining his form and fitness.

The former MK Dons player enjoyed two impressive seasons after joining Tottenham scoring 10 and 18 goals respectively but has since struggled to live up to his early hype.
