Gareth Bale - Spurs News

Gareth Bale has revealed that Tottenham plan to put pressure on Manchester United goalkeeper David De Gea.

The United keeper made an error during their win at West Brom and will put him to the test on Monday night.

“If any keeper’s having a bad time, you’re going to test them and it’s going to be no different,” the 22-year-old told The Sunday Mirror.

“We’re going to go to Old Trafford and give our all and test their whole team.”

“It’s obviously going to be nerve-racking for him to go to United and be in the first team, but he showed at Atletico Madrid and with Spain that he’s a world class keeper,” he said.

  1. Err, he is concentrating on his own game. He said he plans to test the Utd keeper. As an attacking midfielder, that's exactly what he should be doing. I suspect the Utd players will be doing the same with Gomes.

  2. mark !! typical manu,,listen pal,,spurs will be throwing the balls in left and right at a dodgy keeper and i wouldnt be surprised to see crouchy nab a goal,,,victory for spurs,,wahey

  3. The fact the Spurs intend to go to Old Trafford and give their all sounds great! No club is unbeatable. Of course other Mark above would not have the courage to call Bale an Ape boy to his face. Disgusting and cowardly calling names on the net and not to someone’s face!

  4. I don’t think that anybody should be blaming bale for what he has said, you just let him concentrate on united keeper, but remember that united are also dangerouse on attack & even in defence they’r not bad with the likes of jones, smalling evra& evans whom thrash the citizen at wembley.
