Spurs team news vs Man United – injury update

Gareth Bale - Tottenham Hotspur News

Tottenham’s injury concerns over four of our key players ahead of the massive Premier League clash against Manchester United on Sunday.

There are doubts over Rafa van der Vaart, Gareth Bale, Kyle Walker and Ledley King – but Harry Redknapp is optimistic that all four can feature at the Lane.

Bale, van der Vaart and Walker all withdrew from international duty in midweek, while Ledley’s hamstring tweak at the Emirates last week meant he had to be replaced after 80 mins.

“We’ll wait to see how he is, but he should be okay,” Redknapp told the press on Friday when asked about Bale. “He hasn’t got a tear in his hamstring, just a little tightness. It shouldn’t be a problem.”

“Rafa will train today and feels a lot better,” added Harry.

“Kyle’s okay, he should be fit and Ledley’s not bad, hopefully he will come out to train tomorrow and we’ll see how he is.”
