Tottenham Hotspur are being linked with a move for Espanyol playmaker Javi Marquez.
According to Spanish newspaper AS, Spurs are set to travel to Spain next week to discuss a deal for Marquez, who can play centrally, out wide or just behind the front men.
The 23-year-old is currently out of action with a broken leg and is expeted to be sidelined until June.
Harry Redknapp has already strengthened his midfield by signing Sandro, and is now looking to bolster his creative attacking options.
