Spurs Web predict the eight Champions League quarter finalists – who could Spurs get in the draw

Tottenham Hotspur are through to the Champions League quarter finals for the first time since 2011 after beating Borussia Dortmund over two legs.

Spurs won both home and away to clock a 4-0 aggregate victory overall, booking their spot in the final eight.

The club have never been beyond the quarters in the competition, and will be looking to make history, perhaps even in their new stadium.

Tottenham are currently one of four names definitely in the pot for the quarter final draw, alongside Man United, Ajax, and Porto.

These three opponents would all perhaps be up there on the list of teams fans would most like to be drawn against, but who else should make the final eight?

Man City’s three away goals should be enough to see them through against Schalke, with the first leg finishing 3-2.

Atletico should also be able to defend their 2-0 lead over Juventus as they are one of the best teams in the world at shutting the opponents out.

Barcelona were held to a 0-0 draw away to Lyon, but you would expect them to win their home leg.

And finally, we are tipping Liverpool to travel away to Bayern and clinch an away goal to become the fourth and final English team to make the quarters.

This would mean Tottenham, Man United, Ajax, Porto, Man City, Liverpool, Barcelona, and Atletico Madrid would be our final eight.

All teams can be drawn against each other at this stage, no matter what country they are from.

Who would you rather see Spurs play?
