Stan Collymore has revealed how many points he expects Tottenham and their relegation rivals to end up with this season.

The last couple of days have seen huge developments in the race to avoid the drop, with West Ham being thrashed at Burnley, while Tottenham secured a crucial win at Villa Park.

That means that for the first time in a while, Spurs are out of the drop zone, and they now have their fate in their own hands.

Opta’s Supercomputer now suggests that Tottenham are big favourites to remain in the Premier League at the expense of the Hammers, and one pundit has now made a big prediction about the final relegation spot.

Stan Collymore expects Tottenham to remain unbeaten in final three matches

Tottenham are currently sitting just a point above their London rivals, and one result could thus completely change the complexion of the fight for survival.

Spurs host Leeds, and then travel to Chelsea before finishing their campaign with a clash at home against Everton.

Collymore expects De Zerbi’s men to win both of their home matches and pick up a point away at Stamford Bridge.

That will give Tottenham 44 points, which the former Liverpool striker believes will be enough for Spurs to finish above both West Ham and Nottingham Forest.

Collymore wrote on X: “Prediction. I have Spurs to win both home games and a DRAW at Chelsea. So 44, not 47 points. Spurs 44 points, Forest 43 points, West Ham 40 points.”

Spurs fans will be cheering on their North London rivals next Sunday

West Ham once again have the advantage of playing before Tottenham next weekend, but they face a difficult game against league leaders Arsenal.

With the Gunners chasing the title, they will be determined to get the better of the Hammers, and many Tottenham fans will be cheering on their fierce rivals.

Should Mikel Arteta’s men manage to beat West Ham, Spurs will have an opportunity to open up a four-point gap with a win over Leeds on Monday night, which could effectively end the relegation battle.
